Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you will receive a credit toward your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

The free tier gives you access to 10 prompts and 1 workflow for your selected profession, plus 5 AI runs per month so you can try them right inside TEMPER. You can also save favorites and get guided onboarding. Upgrade anytime for full access to all prompts, workflows, instruction packs, news, and more AI runs.

AI runs let you try any prompt directly inside TEMPER without leaving the app. Just click "Try This Prompt," paste your input, and get instant AI-generated results. No need to copy-paste to ChatGPT. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of runs, or bring your own OpenAI API key for unlimited runs.

When you cancel, you retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier with limited access.

Yes. Single Profession subscribers can change their selected profession once per billing cycle from their account settings. All-Access subscribers have access to all professions by default.

Yes! Single Profession subscribers can add additional professions for $4.99/mo each. You keep access to added professions as long as your subscription is active. If you need 5 or more professions, upgrading to All-Access is usually the better deal.

Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you can cancel but will retain access until the end of the annual period.

A team admin creates the team, selects a profession (or all-access), and invites members via email. Members get full access to all content for the team's profession(s), plus shared customizations, team notes, and AI runs.

Team Small supports up to 10 members. Team Large and Team All-Access support up to 25 members. Additional seats beyond the base are available at $8/month per seat.

Yes. Each team member creates their own account and joins the team via an invite link. They get their own favorites, personal notes, and can add personal customizations on top of team-shared ones.

If you have your own OpenAI API key, you can add it in your Account Settings to get unlimited AI runs. Your key is stored securely and only used to execute prompts on your behalf. This is optional — every plan includes bundled AI runs.
